How long is the order processing time?

Normally we process orders in 1-2 business days. During seasonal sales, new product launches and high-demand orders can take 3-8 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. For Pre-Order listings, production time will be specified in the product description.

One of our goals is to offer the best price possible for our customers, therefore, we have made a decision to move our warehouse to the China - country of endless possibilities for businesses of any size. 

Curve & Peach has a warehouse in China, Dongguan, and is always holding a good amount of stock. However, due to seasonal sales, new product launches, and high demand our stock sometimes runs out and in this case order dispatch can be delayed for few days up to 2 weeks. If so we will post a shipping update on our Instagram page because this is a place where our community is most active and will notice the message more likely than email in the spam folder.

Please note that the quality of our products is not affected by the fact that we fulfill orders from China. Many American brands such as iPhone, Gymshark, Skims produce their products in China and they are high quality. All of our products are Handmade. Many highly experienced sculptors are on our team ensuring that products produced by Curve & Peach are top-notch. NOTE

Each crystal wand is carved and polished by hand therefore slight variations in size may occur. Also as You already know that no two identical things are possible in nature, the same applies to rose quartz. Each batch of rose quartz has its own unique tone of pink and pattern. Some wands can be more opaque and some more transparent. All of them are beautiful and 100% natural stone extracted from the land in Madagascar or Brazil.

Our crystal wands are 100% safe for internal use. They are hand-carved from natural rose quartz therefore each pleasure product has a unique pattern. Mainly it is in soft pink color, but yellow, brown, or black spots are totally normal. Each crystal is carved with love and the intention that your new sacred pleasure toy will bring you deep healing on every level.

DISCREET SHIPPING

We ship each product wrapped in a thick layer of bubble wrap and a cardboard box for maximum safety during transportation. We never write any sexual words on the package. No one will know what is inside. Your parcel will be packaged discreetly.

Due to the current worldwide situation, we cannot accept any returns, cancelations or exchanges at this time. All purchases made on or after March 1st, 2020 are final sale to protect our staff and customers. We appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind or change of color.

Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped/refunded.

Once orders leave Curve&Peach headquarters, they are under the responsibility of the carrier company. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the carrier company and follow their instructions.

Once orders leave Curve&Peach headquarters, they are under the responsibility of the carrier company with the official record being your tracking information. All customers claiming loss, theft, or misdelivery will be required to submit a claim directly with the carrier company and follow their instructions. If package misdelivery or theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.

Please pick up packages in a timely manner, failure to pick up your package within the timeframe provided by USPS will result in the package being returned USPS overseas warehouse for disposal and we will not be able to find and reship your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the item. Starting from the day of delivery all items are under the responsibility of the recipient.

If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item in writing (by e-mail or by Instagram Direct Message) and provide photographic evidence. We will not be able to replace the item if you fail to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. All costs arising from returning an order must be borne by the customer.

We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, CUSTOM RESTRICTIONS, or other regulations that apply in the Buyer’s country. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in good condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. Only the amount paid for the products will be refunded.

The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. It is also the customer’s responsibility to negotiate for the release of their package in the event that it is held up by customs. We can provide necessary paper works/certification, if available, to help with the negotiation.

Please do not 'return to sender' without prior contacting us. This will not be accepted as a refund or exchange and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to get the product back to you.
