I ordered the wrong item, what can I do?

If you've made your order within the last 1 hour please contact us urgently. In the subject of your email write your order number and the reason for your email - for example write "Order 1202 Product Change." If more than 1 hour has passed you can still email us however we may be limited in what can be done as our shipping system is automated.

I recieved wrong item, can I replace it?

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item you have a right to return the wrong item within 30 days of receiving it. We will arrange the shipping of a replacement after we have received your return at our warehouse. All shipping costs that may arise during returning the wrong item should be beared by the customer.

How long is shipping?

8-10 days to the UK

10-15 business days to the US and Canada

10-15 business days to Europe

15-20 days to Australia

How long is order processing time?

Orders can sometimes take 3-8 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. In some cases item production can take up to 13 days.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Asia. Rose Quartz is from Madagascar or Brazil.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you will receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

Tracking numbers can take up to 5 days to activate and transmit tracking information.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it! If you need more detailed information, please send us an email at hello@curvenpeach.com and we'll help you out!

My delivery hasn't arrived!

Please note at times unexpected delays may occur due to the worldwide situation. Don't worry, please wait a few more business days or contact us so we can check with the carrier company how long the delay will be.  

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

110%! We use Shopify Payments for all checkouts and believe your security is a main priority.

Shopify Payments is the worlds leading payment platform for e-commerce stores. Your details are never saved and no one will have access to them.

Shopify also guarantees the safety of your payment, giving you further peace of mind.

My question wasn't answered, what should I do?

That's okay, simply contact us through our website or email hello@curvenpeach.com and we'll get back to you. We generally try to respond within a few hours but please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
